We Know What JKD Isn't, But What Is It?
JKD is often described as a process rather than a product, but what defines (if anything) someone that practices JKD, or what does the JKD system/process entail. Whats the difference between JKD and MMA training? Also what is the difference between Jun Fan and JKD?

Interesting im not experienced in jkd so can't answer but would like to know is there any point or difference in learning jkd over mma?
