Hi that does sound a little light for 5'7, the only real tip I can give is EAT, EAT and when your full EAT some more  Try increasing your portion sizes each time you eat but also try and eat more often, swap the three main meals a day plus snacks for 6 main meals a day plus snacks. Eat good wholesome meals with a healthy balanced diet. Weight training will help you build more muscle which would increase your weight however you would need to eat more to compensate for your training also. A good pure whey weight gainer powder would help you get a lot more calories in easily as there's no cooking involved, it's quick and when you're not over hungry drinking a whey milkshake is usually easier than eating solid foods. Don't try to put weight on to quickly, it's the same with trying to loose weight you need to do it consistently and over a period of time, it's about changing your usual lifestyle habits but changing them for good, otherwise you will put on the weight but then just loose it if you get complaisant, don't worry if you don't eat as much as you should one day just make sure over time you are consistently consuming more calories than you are used to. Send Ry (Merco876) a p.m. about which weight gainer supplement brand he would recommend I’m sure he would be willing to help, he to is around 5'7 and has been training successfully to gain weight/muscle for the last 6 months. Good luck, let us know how you get on in the training logs if you start trying to gain more weight.
