Wow puts me to shame lol he's got good technique and is very fast for his age, opens up the pushy parents debate though reminded me of that programme that was on tv called kid fight club or something like that (on UK tv not sure if you have seen it shuto?) where kids his age were cage fighting etc. I think in his case if he enjoys it and isn't forced into it and his sparring is carefully monitored and safe and not full contact yet then it's ok, but the kids on the programme kid fight club fighting full contact and being pushed into it to fill their parents dreams was just wrong.
