advanced body weight exercises and are used here for demonstration purposes only, please be careful if you do attempt any of them and make sure you have slowly built up to this level first.

Lol all very impresive the final one is a bit (or a lot) camp though :shock: Will defo be trying those dragon flags though they look like a great exercise for abs, look hard though will probably just aim for the negative flags first.
