strength training what are the best sorts of strength training excercises you can do? does anyone know?

Depends what your goals/aims are really? Different exercises are more preferred for different parts of the body or for different outcomes/goals. Trainings normally sport specific, for martial arts you basically need to have a whole body workout that focuses on all of the major muscle groups. High weight and low reps is best method for developing strength different exercise depending on the type of strength you want to increase, usually exercises targeting big muscle groups such as the Olympic lifts i.e. clean and jerk etc are best for developing overall strength, need to use good form and technique when doing these types of strength exercises though as you do with all strength training exercises but especially with these types of heavy weighted big lifts. Post specific area/areas that you want to focus on or increase the strength of and I’ll try and give some more specific exercises.

Yeah im interested in increasing overall strength in general, would like to see an increase in all lifting, bench press etc and would also like to try and improve punching power.
