Soon to start strength training log Will log my progress when start new strength training programme, hopefully will up my weight size and strength and will be able to increase bench press weight etc gradually.... may take a while though :lol:
Will be strength training 3 times a week
mon
back/biceps
wed
chest/tri
fri
shoulders/legs/abs
Will be increasing calories and having protein shakes, maybe creatine too
will post my weight and max strength -*test*-('") results etc (before workout schedule) next week then will update log with results (after started schedule) each month

Good luck, your workout schedule looks well balanced, let us know how you get on. Will be able to give you a rough calorie/protein estimate when see your pre work out stats.
