Powerful roundhouse kick?
Which is most powerful (not fas-*test*-('")); traditional style roundhouses where the leg is bent and comes up to the side quite far back, called mawashi geri in karate (imagine there is a small table in front of the heavy bag, you need to come up at the side and over the top of it) or the hybird version that comes more up the front (this one would hit the table :lol: )and then turns over into the target, kind of like a slightly diagonal front kick that turns over at the end. Which version do you think is most powerful?
