Kung Fu Forms/Karate Kata
Was wondering if anyone knew how old some of the forms in Kung Fu are or who originated them, forms such as Sil Lim Tao, Chiam Kiu, Bil Jee or any other older ones. Sorry for my lack of knowledge on Kung Fu not sure if those are the correct names. I am interested in comparing their age and technique to forms/kata in karate, i.e. differences, similarities and influences etc What are the oldest form you know of? Thanks
