Hi guys sorry havn't had chance to post been busy lately, forum is shaping up great, will be good when there are a few more regular 'active' members. Good luck with that, I am also interest in law enforcement arresting and self protection techniques etc I train with (on an irregular basis) an ex officer who teaches as part of the International Police Defensive Tactics Association, if interested i'l pm you the details.
