thanks, training is going good thanks for asking, and no, i dont know every thong i do know the techniques i need to know but the theaory part isnt my strong side :P i still need to work on that :P. we need to do some techniques and anser some questions and a technique called a Tool or however you spell it xD its like katot in karaty :P or maybe you say it difrantly in English i dont know :P

Ah I see, well good luck it's a shame we havn't got more taekwondo members on here at the moment who could give you some advice, is this the grade you are going for: http://www.tkdimpact.com/_pdfs/5th%20kup%20Syllabus.pdf ? I'll see if I can find someone who knows what kind of theory questions are likely to be asked.

Here's some practise questions for you that may be asked? What is the meaning of the pattern/tool? What does the colour blue signify in Taekwondo? Explain how any two moves from the pattern could be used on their own for self defence? Not sure if they are likely to be asked or not but you never know? :P
