best stretching techniques before workout Does anyone know what the best stretching techniques are before a workout, i must admit i never usually do any stretching before a workout and just go straight into it which probably isn't best thing to do. :)

Depends on the workout really, what did you have in mind, running, martial arts training session, weight lifting etc?
Research is divided when it comes to stretching before a workout, you should always do a quick warm up though rather than going straight in to it, different approaches are more suited for different activities/workouts so describe what kind of workout you was referring to and I’ll try give some advice.
