Beginners Section
Please note we welcome all beginners to post anywhere on the forum and encourage them to join in with any section of this forum. However this section provides an area where you can speak about things that may be less technical or advanced and offers the chance to speak with others just starting out in the martial arts. However this section will also be visited frequentely by more experienced/higher grade martial artists to try and answer any questions you may have and to offer support
